About Me
My name is Blake Armentano and I am a serial entrepreneur driven heavily by passion. For as long as I could remember, I have been in love with the concept of taking the road less traveled and creating my own path through life - one that follows my own interests, my own values, and leads me towards my own definition of personal success.
Growing up on Long Island in New York, I came from a family of entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurial mindset has been instilled in me since birth. My first ever company was a clothing line that I started at age 14, which led me into a fitness based social media company at age 16, which then led me into about 50 more startups by the time I was graduating college… no one said entrepreneurship was easy!
My first successful startup was an indoor cycling studio called Oh-So Cycle, which I started my junior year of college on my campus at University of Delaware. Four years later, it is still operating with a strong membership and largely student-based staff.
After graduating college, my girlfriend Jackie of 8 years and I decided to spread our wings and move to LA for a few months where I got into my second successful startup - LuxCar. My father always told me to “do what I love and the money will come.” Well… I took this extremely literally. I love supercars! (Who doesn't?!) I invested some money into a beautiful bright red 2014 Ferrari California and rent it out using the Turo platform.
I recently moved back to NYC with Jackie where on top of operating Oh-So Cycle and the Ferrar rentals, I work on side projects in the e-commerce space and a younger startup called LuxGym - a luxury home gym creation company.
Long story short - I am on my own path, chasing what I am passionate about, and nothing will ever change that. If anyone else feels passionate about something that is off the beaten path, I highly urge you to take a leap of faith and chase what’s yours.
